TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
- “Customer,” “You,” and “Your” refer to any individual or entity accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services.
- “JACKET DESIGNER,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to JACKET DESIGNER and its affiliates, employees, representatives, and authorized service providers.
- “Website” means the official JACKET DESIGNER website and all associated web pages and online services.
- “Product” means any apparel, accessory, or other item offered for sale by JACKET DESIGNER.
- “Custom Order” means any product manufactured, modified, or personalized according to a customer’s specifications, including but not limited to custom sizing, materials, colors, linings, embroidery, logos, artwork, patches, names, initials, or other requested modifications.
- “Business Day” means any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays observed by JACKET DESIGNER.
- “Order” means a request submitted by a customer to purchase one or more products, whether standard or customized, subject to our acceptance.
User Eligibility
Conduct: Users are expected to engage respectfully and lawfully on our platform. Any misuse or unlawful activity may result in termination of access.
Pricing and Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other options as indicated on our website.
- Currency and Conversion: All prices are listed in USD dollars by default. If your card is in another currency, your bank or card provider will automatically convert the amount at the current exchange rate during checkout
- Security: Payment details are securely processed using SSL encryption, an industry-standard protection against data theft. Personal checks are not accepted.
- Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice at any time.
- Taxes: Applicable sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or other legally required taxes may be collected where required by applicable law. Customers are solely responsible for any additional taxes, duties, customs fees, or governmental charges imposed by their local jurisdiction.
Errors and Inaccuracies
JACKET DESIGNER reserves the right to correct any such errors, update information, or cancel affected orders without prior notice, even after an order has been placed.
Order Acceptance and Payment
- Order Confirmation: Upon placing the order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of the order.
- Order Acceptance: JACKET DESIGNER reserves the right to cancel or limit orders due to issues such as material stock availability, payment discrepancies, or pricing errors. If we cannot fulfill an order, a notification will be sent, and a refund will be issued where applicable.
- Price Verification: We verify all prices during order processing. In cases where the correct price is lower, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, we may contact you for instructions. We retain the right to cancel orders for mispriced items even after the order confirmation email has been sent.
Fraud Prevention and Order Verification
To protect our customers and our business from fraudulent transactions, JACKET DESIGNER reserves the right to review and verify certain orders before production or shipment. Order verification may include, but is not limited to:
- Confirmation of billing or shipping information.
- Telephone or email confirmation.
- Verification of payment details through our payment providers.
- Requests for additional documentation where reasonably required to verify the legitimacy of the order.
If we are unable to verify an order, or if we reasonably believe that fraudulent or unauthorized activity is involved, we reserve the right to delay processing, request additional verification, cancel the order, or issue a refund to the original payment method.
Size Confirmation Policy
To ensure your jacket fits perfectly, we follow a size confirmation process as part of our standard production workflow:
- Size Verification (Email & SMS): After the initial order confirmation, we will send a Size Confirmation Email and an SMS to the contact details provided at checkout within 24–48 business hours. Please carefully check your inbox and your spam/junk folder to review your selected size.
- Action Required: Please carefully double-check the size details provided in our communication. If the selected size is correct, kindly reply to our email within 24 to 48 hours to confirm. If you require any adjustments or changes, please let us know by replying to the same email within the same 24 to 48-hour time frame.
- Automatic Proceeding: To prevent production delays, if we do not receive a response or confirmation from you within 48 hours of our initial attempt, we will proceed with the size and measurements you selected at checkout.
- Production Schedule: Production will begin only when ONE of the following occurs:
(a) Customer confirms size/design after our size confirmation request, OR (b) 48 hours pass without response after our size confirmation request, at which point we will proceed using the size and measurements selected at checkout. - Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and reachable email address and phone number. We are not liable for any sizing issues resulting from unread emails, notifications filtered into spam folders, or a failure to receive communications due to incorrect contact information provided during checkout.
Once production has started, size modifications or changes may not be possible. Customers may still contact our support team to check whether adjustments can be accommodated, but any modification is not guaranteed and will depend on the production stage and technical feasibility.
Where such changes are accepted, they may result in additional charges, production delays, or both.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their order confirmation, including the product selected, quantity, size, color, customization details, shipping address, and any other order information, immediately after placing the order.
If any errors, omissions, accidental orders, or incorrect order details are identified, customers must notify JACKET DESIGNER within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation by contacting our customer support team.
If no notification is received within the applicable review period, JACKET DESIGNER reserves the right to consider the order details confirmed and proceed with production and order processing based on the information provided by the customer.
Once production has commenced, requests to change the product, quantity, size, color, customization details, or other order specifications may not be possible and, where accepted, may result in additional charges, production delays, or both. After the order has been shipped or delivered, returns, exchanges, or refunds for such customer errors or accidental purchases will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Window: Orders (excluding Clearance Sale items) may be canceled within 24 to 48 hours of placement only if production has not started by contacting our customer support team. Cancellation and merchant fees will be deducted as mentioned below.
- Cancellation Fees: If you request a cancellation, please note that fees will apply based on the type of order:
- Standard Orders: A cancellation fee of $35 applies.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders are defined as any items involving personalized material, inner lining, color, size, or any other specific adjustments, as these products are individually tailored to your unique preferences. If a custom order is canceled, a 35% fee of the total order amount will be charged to cover the costs of labor and specialized materials already dedicated to your order.
- Merchant Fees: When a refund is issued, please note that non-refundable merchant processing fees charged by the payment service provider (typically 3–8% depending on payment method) will be deducted from your total refund amount. We have no control over these fees, as they are imposed directly by the payment processor for the transaction services provided.
- Cancellation Not Allowed: Once an order has entered the production phase, reached Quality Control (QC) approval, is prepared for shipment, or has been dispatched/handed over to customs, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, at JACKET DESIGNER’s sole discretion, we may exceptionally agree to cancel such an order upon the customer’s request. In such cases, the Cancellation and merchant fees and restocking fees will be deducted.
User Obligations
By using our website, you agree to:
- Provide Accurate Information: All information submitted, including registration, billing, and shipping details, must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for updating your information if it changes.
- Use the Website Responsibly: Avoid engaging in unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities. You must not use any automated systems, bots, or software to extract or “scrape” data from our website.
- Respectful Interaction: You agree to interact respectfully with our team. You must not post or transmit any material that is offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate.
- Compliance with Laws: Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations when using the website.
Handcrafted and Made-to-Order Policy
JACKET DESIGNER specializes in handcrafted, made-to-order apparel that is individually crafted according to each customer’s specifications and preferences. Products displayed on our website are intended solely to showcase design styles and customization possibilities.
Every product is handcrafted only after an order has been placed and may be customized based on the customer’s requirements. Available customization options include, but are not limited to:
- Size Customization: Size selection from XXS to 16XL, including fully custom measurements.
- Fit Options: Male, female, or unisex fit adjustments.
- Material Customization: A wide range of leather options (such as cowhide, sheepskin, or faux leather) and premium fabric options (including cotton, wool, nylon, polyester, satin, and more).
- Inner Lining Customization: A wide range of inner lining materials, colors, quilted options, printed designs, and other available lining customizations.
- Color: Exterior jacket color, interior lining color, and hardware color customization.
- Personalization: Personalized names, initials, logos, patches, embroidery, artwork, design modifications, and other specific customer requests.
Since every product is handcrafted individually after an order is placed, no two handcrafted products will be identical. Minor variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products.
Customized Order Policy

Customization Options:
JACKET DESIGNER offers extensive customization options to allow customers to create products tailored to their individual preferences. Depending on the product and material availability, customization options may include, but are not limited to, sizes, custom measurements, gender fit, materials, leather or fabric selection, colors, inner lining, embroidery, logos, patches, artwork, hardware, and design modifications.
Design Mockup Review and Customer Approval
To help ensure accuracy, we make reasonable efforts to prepare and share a design mockup or prototype for the customer’s review and approval before production begins, where applicable. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all design details, including but not limited to colors, materials, logos, artwork, text, names, initials, placement, measurements, and other customization specifications before providing their approval.
Customers are requested to review and respond to any design mockup, digital preview, prototype, or approval request within 24 to 48 hours of receiving it. If no response is received within the applicable response period, JACKET DESIGNER reserves the right to consider the design approved and proceed with production based on the latest confirmed specifications in order to avoid unnecessary production delays.
Changes After Approval
Once the customer approves the design mockup or prototype, or where no mockup is required, once the production approval process is otherwise completed, production will begin. Any request to modify the approved design or customization details after production has commenced may not be possible and, where accepted, may result in additional charges, production delays, or both.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all customization details and information provided to JACKET DESIGNER are complete and accurate. JACKET DESIGNER shall not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information, measurements, artwork, logos, text, or other specifications supplied by the customer.
Customization Requests We May Decline
JACKET DESIGNER reserves the right to refuse any customization request that is technically impractical, unavailable, inconsistent with our quality standards, infringes upon the intellectual property rights of a third party, or otherwise violates applicable laws.
Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds for Customized Orders
Since customized products are handcrafted and manufactured specifically according to each customer’s individual specifications and preferences, they generally cannot be resold. Accordingly, customized orders are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Product Descriptions and Accuracy
Each jacket is meticulously handcrafted by our skilled craftsmen. While we strive to match the design as closely as possible, the final product may have slight variations due to the handcrafted process and to ensure compliance with copyright regulations.
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, due to variations in screen display and handcrafted processes, the actual appearance of a product may slightly differ from the images on our website.
Product Color Disclaimer
Material Specifications & Variations
If the jacket material appears to be leather in the picture and description and when you select “Same Photo Material,” the jacket will be crafted using mix leather. This means the jacket will be made in combination of cowhide, sheephide, or even faux leather, depending on availability.
However, if you prefer the jacket to be made entirely from real leather, you can specifically choose either cowhide or sheephide leather from the jacket material options.
Please note that for varsity/letterman jackets, the color of the ribbing may vary slightly from the body of the jacket due to the different materials used for each. While we strive to match colors as closely as possible, slight variations may occur.
Care Instructions
To maintain the quality and appearance of the jacket, do not use any detergents, bleach, or other chemical cleaners. Avoid washing the jacket by hand or in a washing machine, as this may cause damage. The jacket should only be dry cleaned by a professional cleaner experienced in handling delicate garments. Failure to follow these instructions will void return or refund eligibility.
Jackets damaged due to incidents such as sliding, falling on the ground, mishandling, or any circumstance leading to stains or physical damage are not eligible for return or refund.
Moreover, accessories on the jacket—such as zippers, buttons, studs, stitching, and decorative elements—are not covered under our guarantee. Any damage or loss resulting from mishandling or improper care of these accessories will not be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
JACKET DESIGNER provides global shipping services to meet diverse customer needs:
Shipping Coverage: We ship worldwide, with the exception of Russia, Brazil, Israel, and sanctioned countries under OFAC regulations.
Our Delivery Partners: Orders are fulfilled by reliable carriers, including USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, and SKYNET Worldwide Express. We select the carrier best suited for your location and the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Processing Time:
Standard Orders: Minimum processing time is 7–12 business days once you confirm the size and the order is processed; it may vary depending on the item.
Custom Orders: Minimum processing time for customized orders is 3 to 4 weeks; it may vary depending on the customization.
Please note that the processing time is an estimate and excluding weekends and public holidays; it may vary depending on the design, unforeseen circumstances, or production delays etc.
Shipping Time:
We offer multiple shipping options depending on your location and product type. Shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout:
- Free Shipping (Orders over $150): 12–18 business days
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
- Express Shipping: 4–7 business days
Shipping times exclude weekends and public holidays and may vary slightly depending on your location, local customs clearance process, and other unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or government restrictions which are beyond our control.
Customs and Duties:
Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
As of September 1, 2025, U.S. tariffs on goods have been imposed. The buyer is responsible for, and will be required to pay, any resulting additional costs, duties, or taxes related to these new regulations.
Customs Documentation:
Customers are responsible for providing any customs declarations, identification documents, tax information, or other documentation requested by customs authorities or the shipping carrier. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in customs delays, additional charges, return of the shipment, or destruction of the parcel, for which JACKET DESIGNER shall not be held responsible.
Delivery Rules & Address Limits: For your safety and security, we do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses.
Tracking Your Order: Tracking details are provided once an order ships. It is your responsibility to follow up with the courier company and coordinate any delivery adjustments.
Multiple Items: In case of a purchase involving multiple items or transactions, we usually ship everything in one parcel. However, depending on what you ordered, your shipment may be split into multiple parcels.
Undeliverables Shipments:
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or remains undeliverables after multiple delivery attempts, the courier may return, dispose of, or destroy the parcel in accordance with its internal policies.
If the parcel is successfully returned to JACKET DESIGNER, reshipment will be subject to our applicable policies and may require additional shipping charges.
If the parcel cannot be returned because it has been abandoned, disposed of, or destroyed by the courier, no refund or replacement will be provided.

Handcrafted Product Characteristics
Products that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, unauthorized alterations or repairs, exposure to chemicals or excessive moisture, improper cleaning methods, or failure to follow our care instructions are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, repair, or replacement.
Third-Party Trademarks Disclaimer
JACKET DESIGNER is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially licensed by any brand, trademark owner, sports league, film studio, game publisher, or other rights holder unless explicitly stated. All trademarks, logos, brand names, character names, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Intellectual Property Infringement Claims
JACKET DESIGNER respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its customers and website users to do the same.
If you believe that any content, design, image, logo, trademark, artwork, or other material displayed on our website infringes your intellectual property rights or those of the organization you represent, please notify us in writing before initiating any legal action.
Your notice should include sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing material, details of the intellectual property claimed to have been infringed, evidence of your ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the rights holder, and your contact information.
Upon receiving a valid notice, JACKET DESIGNER will promptly review the matter and, where appropriate, may remove, modify, or disable access to the disputed content while the claim is being evaluated.

Good Faith Transactions
JACKET DESIGNER conducts its business in good faith and respectfully requests the same from all customers, brand owners, rights holders, and their authorized representatives.
If any brand owner, trademark owner, copyright owner, intellectual property rights holder, law firm, enforcement agency, private investigator, or other authorized representative believes that any content, design, image, logo, trademark, or other material displayed on our website infringes their rights, we kindly request that they contact us at [email protected] before initiating formal legal proceedings, where permitted by applicable law, and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly review the claim and, where appropriate, remove, modify, or disable access to the disputed content while the matter is being evaluated.
JACKET DESIGNER does not encourage or condone purchases made primarily for the purpose of “test shopping,” evidence gathering, trademark auditing, legal entrapment, or other bad-faith activities where a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter directly has been provided. We encourage all parties to act in good faith and to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing formal legal action, where permitted by applicable law.
Clearance Sale Items Policy
All products listed in our Clearance Sale are ready-made. Each product includes all images, along with exact measurements clearly shown in photos taken with a measuring tape, as well as in the product title and description.
Since all measurements are provided and these items are sold at a heavily discounted clearance price, all sales are final. Clearance items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any size, fit, or other concerns. We strongly encourage you to review the measurements carefully before placing your order.
Custom Designs and Intellectual Property
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any logos, trademarks, brand names, artwork, images, text, or other materials submitted for customization do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
By submitting such materials, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to use them.
JACKET DESIGNER is not responsible for verifying ownership of customer-submitted content and shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the unauthorized use of copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected materials provided by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any customization request that we reasonably believe may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of a third party or violate applicable laws.
Return Restocking and Merchant Fees
Returned items may incur fees to cover processing:
- Restocking Fee: This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and other handling. The exact amount will be communicated when a return request is initiated.
- Merchant Fees: Merchant fees for returned transactions may also apply.
Shipping and Quality Control Disclaimer
At JACKET DESIGNER, every product undergoes a comprehensive Quality Control (QC) inspection before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Pre-Shipment Quality Inspection:
Each product is carefully inspected and photographed before dispatch to document its condition at the time of shipment. These inspection records may be retained and used to verify the condition of the product in the event of a return request, claim, payment dispute, or chargeback.
Returned Product Inspection:
All returned products are subject to inspection by our Quality Control (QC) department upon receipt. If the returned product satisfies our Return Policy and is received in the same condition in which it was originally shipped, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
If the returned product shows any damage, stains, odors, signs of use, alterations, missing components, or any other condition that was not present at the time of shipment, we reserve the right to reject the return, deny the refund, or deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to cover the loss in value, repair costs, cleaning costs, replacement of missing components, or other applicable expenses. The determination of such deductions shall be made at JACKET DESIGNER’s reasonable discretion following our Quality Control inspection.
Shipping and Transit:
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations and conditions beyond our reasonable control. While we take reasonable measures to package and protect every product, JACKET DESIGNER shall not be liable for delays or damage resulting from customs inspections, customs authorities, adverse weather conditions, transportation disruptions, carrier handling, environmental conditions during transit, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
